Gönül, who grew up in an orphanage and became a nurse, is preparing to marry the powerful and rich Tekin, the neurosurgeon of the same hospital, when she hears terrible allegations about him. When she realizes that her fiancé is lying and decides not to marry him, she sees the side of Tekin and crosses paths with Yusuf, who wants to avenge the death of his son who died while running away from him.
