The first images from the set of NOW’s highly anticipated new series “Doktor: Başka Hayatta,” produced by DASS YAPIM, have been released. The series, based on the famed Italian "DOC" series, stands out for its striking story, centred on traces of the past and the idea of a second chance.
Starring İbrahim Çelikkol, Sıla Türkoğlu, Şebnem Hassanisoughi, and Bertan Asllani, the production features a wide ensemble cast, including Güven Murat Akpınar, Ferit Aktuğ, Eylül Tumbar, Yasemin Yazıcı, Berk Özgür, Esra Akkaya, Merve Bulut, Aysun Demir, Özge Oneill Sarımola, Mert Yavuzcan, and İhsan İlhan. The series, based on real events, follows a doctor who is forced to confront the fact that he did not become the person he once dreamed of being when he looks back on his life.
After surviving a severe attack, Prof. Dr. İnan Kural, the distinguished chief physician of Umutpark Medical Foundation Hospital, returns to life with no memory of the past 12 years. He finds himself in a world that feels completely unfamiliar. The years he lived are far from even being memories for him, and he struggles to recognize even himself.
