We know exactly what you're thinking: Where are the bazillion new shows in the works going to fit into the next season? Well, that's a problem for September, innit? HA!
Of all the new shows, Arıza is probably the one we're looking forward to the most, mostly in part to it being lead by two of our favorites, Tolga Sarıtaş and Ayça Ayşin Turan. In a bid to get ahead of a potential second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in Turkey, productions for new shows are beginning way way early in advance, Arıza included.
Earlier this week, the first official reading rehearsal for Arıza took place in person, with a slew of its fantastic cast and crew in attendance.
From what we know, Arıza will follow the unexpected but passionate love story of a young taxi driver Ali Rıza (Tolga Sarıtaş) and a medical doctor Halide (Ayça Ayşin Turan), as they face many turbulent obstacles along the way! Would it be an action-packed dizi without some mafia involvement? The answer is NO, so expect a whole lot of that in the best way possible.
TL;DR – An impossible but breathtaking love story overshadowed by revenge and betrayals awaits us this fall.
