Rumours have been flying for a couple of days now and we can officially confirm, that Barış Arduç is officially a part of the Çukur cast, in what capacity (series regular or guest star) still unknown.
With his preexisting relationship with Ay Yapim, once the role was up for grabs and he showed a bit of interest, kesinlikle it was a done deal.
Anyone who watches Çukur knows the show is filled with many great characters, so much so that some weeks, some actors don't even appear in episodes at all. All in all, getting Barış back on our screens is enough for right now.
In the crime series, which is currently in its 3rd season, Barış will star as Arik Boke Erdenet, the younger brother of Çağatay Erdenet, a current enemy of Yamac and family. Per the official press release, his character's arrival will lead to a reshuffling of existing cards within his family and that of the Koçovans'.
Barış is set to appear later this season (Episode 91 airs tonight on Show TV).
